This sepia-toned albumen print photograph shows a bullfight arena in Seville, Spain. In the foreground is the bullfighting ring where a group of matadors has gathered, some standing and some on horses. Beyond that are spectators visible in the arena’s seating area. There is another tier of seating above that which is under archways, part of which is covered by a white cloth awning. Above is a tiled slanted roof. A steeple is visible in the background rising above the arena.
