The front of this postcard is a black and white photo of three children each riding a buffalo on a lush pathway alongside a small body of water. The child on the middle buffalo wears a large flat straw hat. Written in the upper right hand corner of the postcard front in red ink: “226. Tonkin- Buffles au Pacage”. The postcard is from Margaret Castle and on its back is written “you remember the little children on the buffaloes”.
