The etching in black ink on light brown paper depicts a full-length portrait of a full-bodied nude young person. They are standing in a three-quarter pose with the weight on their left foot and feet slightly splayed. Their left arm, to our right, is hanging at their side. In the other hand they are holding a drape at their waist, as it falls down just above their right foot. Their face is almost child-like as they look off in the distance. They have a small pert nose, full lips that are parted, and short, dark hair that is very mussed. The background appears to contain furnishings - a curtain on the left, a door in the mid-background, a window and a piece of furniture to the right. The etching is signed in pencil under its lower right margin.
