Black tip-top table that is inlaid with mother of pearl in elaborate iridescent floral designs. The right side of the table top has a large woven basket with a narrow neck. The center of the mother of pearl basket appears like it is made up of interlocking cane work. Flowers of various shapes, sizes, and colors are overflowing out of the basket and extend upwards and down along the right side of the basket. From the lower left side of the basket there is a large bunch of flowers and a thin botanical design that extends out and upward from the bunch. The upper left corner of the table top has two iridescent butterflies. The smaller of the butterflies is upside down and below it there is another large butterfly that appears to be flying towards the basket. The table top is held up by a pedestal that is attached to a trifooted base. The same floral design found on the table top is also found on the entire length of the pedestal and the three feet that make up the base.
