He is wearing a helmet atop his head and the body armor has prominent shoulder plates and is intricately carved covering his arms, torso, and down to his knees. His legs are slightly apart, showing a small portion of golden chainmail ending at his thighs, and red pants under the armor. He is leaning on his left leg. His left arm is bent outward, holding the flagpole with a golden flag that extends above his head. His right arm is bent close to his body holding a bucket that pours water across his body. The water lands on the tower of a small scale building that looks like a castle with a central arch and is only as high as his knees. The armor on his knees features side plates shaped like the top half of a heart. His shins are plain and the footwear has a grid pattern. The entire statue is standing on a hexagonal base.
