This pencil drawing on tan paper depicts a cathedral in Barcelona and is drawn from the perspective of someone looking up at the cathedral from street level. The main focus, slightly to our left, shows a tall, slender hexagonal tower with slender windows and arches in the top third. There are gargoyles extending at the top of each corner and a short decorative wall at the top. Just to the right another arched tower is partially visible. Part of a lower, plain section of this building with protruding pipes is seen in the lower left corner. The façade of another building is barely visible to our far right. The background is plain.
