Join us for a lively discussion with three amazing panelists to discuss how each balances their own artistic integrity—the desire to give their fans what they love versus maintaining who they are and what they are doing.

Speakers

Jill Scott is a three-time Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter, New York Times bestselling poet, and critically acclaimed actor. 
Paloma Valenzuela is a Dominican-American writer, director, actress, and the creative director of the production operation La Gringa Loca Productions.
Oompa is a nationally-acclaimed, Boston-born poet, rapper, and educator who is forever representing the queer, black, orphaned, hood kids and them.

Arielle Gray of WBUR will moderate the panel.
