The Psychology of Color

Saturday, January 11, 2020
10 - 11 am
Throughout the Museum

Both Schopenhauer and Goethe argued that colors can be dangerous—often causing philosophers to rant and rave. In this tour, participants will consider Isabella Stewart Gardner's and artists' use of color to create ambiance, engagement, and an enduring impression.
